We welcome everyone of all ages, including families and individuals,
to join us in caring for rescued animals, restoring the land of Israel,
and supporting the healing of Israel's heroes.

Volunteer Program Guidelines

ALL INTERESTED VOLUNTEERS, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

The Na’aleh Therapy Farm is a unique community-based healing initiative located in the beautiful Judean Hills, just south of Jerusalem.

Through meaningful hands-on work with rescued animals, land restoration, agriculture, and community service, volunteers help support healing opportunities for IDF soldiers struggling with PTSD, their families, children with special needs, teens at risk, and members of the local community.

The farm operates through the generosity of donors and volunteers who believe in restoring both people and the land of Israel.

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of children accompanying them during volunteer activities.

Transportation

Public transportation (Bus) is available within walking distance of the farm.

Detailed bus routes and arrival instructions will be provided upon registration.

Parking is available for registered volunteers.

Who Volunteers At Our Farm?

Individuals, couples, friends, families and groups are welcome to volunteer.

Please understand that the farm is an active working environment.

Volunteers are expected to participate independently within assigned projects after receiving initial overview and instructions - and of course, assistance will be available if needed, but we encourage Israeli style independence on the farm. You make this YOUR mission to help heal Israel.

Group Visits & Organized Tours

Schools, youth clubs and organizations, churches, synagogues, tour groups, leadership groups, and organized delegations are welcome.

Groups receive:

  • Orientation and introduction to the farm

  • Guided explanation of the healing mission

  • Volunteer work project assignment

  • Opportunity to meet farm staff and learn about the impact of the program

  • Optional on site BBQ (if available) for soldiers and their families

Because organized group visits require additional preparation, staffing, and resources, we request a suggested minimum group donation to support the farm’s ongoing operations. Please contact us in the form below if you are bringing a group or are a tour guide.

Suggested Volunteer Contribution

The Na'aleh Therapy Farm operates entirely through the generosity of donors and volunteers.

While there is no required fee to volunteer, we respectfully suggest a minimum, 501(c)(3) tax deductible contribution of $50 per volunteer to help support the ongoing care of the farm's rescued animals, veterinary expenses, feed, facility maintenance, and healing programs.

Every contribution helps ensure that the farm remains a place where heroes, animals, and the land of Israel can continue to heal together.

If a contribution would prevent you from volunteering, please contact us. We never want financial circumstances to prevent someone from serving and participating in the mission.

Before continuing to the volunteer registration form below,
please ensure you have read all of the information above.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering on the Na'aleh Therapy Farm.
